Raku
with Diane Kisbro

This class is on-site, face to face.
Raku is a quick firing process that offers chance surface effects on your ceramic creations. You will decorate your pots with glazes, and then they will be fired in an outdoor kiln. Once the desired temperature is achieved, the pots will be removed and placed in a water bath for cleaning before taking them home. In the fourth week, we will fire the pots in an off-site location. Keeping the weather in mind, this date will be determined at a later date.
