Personal injury law is a specialized area of litigation that calls for the right specialized training. Our Injury for Paralegals Course will prepare you to plan an integral role in every case from intake and pre-litigations to trial preparation and settlement. You will learn many of the legal terms, causes of action, and remedies available to victims of personal injury accidents. A review of the negligence theory of torts upon which many personal injury claims are based is provided. Students also will discuss interviewing, investigating and other case-building techniques vital to a personal injury paralegal’s success in the law office.
