Then you'll learn about subjects and predicates, the very foundation of sound sentence structure. You will build a grammar vocabulary and discover the value of using a dictionary as an everyday grammar research tool.

Clinical Medical Assisting
with Academy of Medical Professionals
The registration for this class is free, meaning there is no fee to sign up for the course.
However, once registered, there is a cost of $3,750 to enroll in the class itself.
This is an online course.
Your registration doesn't secure your spot in the class. Your registration details are necessary for SCAE to forward to American Medical Professionals. Payments go directly to American Medical Professionals. They offer multiple payment methods.
After signing up for the class, you'll receive a packet to fill out and send directly to American Medical Professionals.
Once you have filled out the paperwork and the information requested, Academy of Medical Professionals will reach out to you to complete your registration process.
An all-inclusive 16-week program that includes live via Zoom class meetings (Tuesdays) and in-person skills labs (starting after week 4 on Thursdays) that prepare you to pass the National Certification. Upon completion of the program, you will set for your CCMA (Certified Clinical Medical Assistant) national certification exam through NHA.
$3,750 includes National Certification, 6 practice exams, online study materials, books, resume assistance, and all other associated fees. Externships may be available in your area. Payment plans are available.

Advanced Legal Research & Writing

This exciting course is designed to teach advanced and specialized approaches to utilize the legal resources available in a law library, and elsewhere. The conceptual differences between computer-assisted legal research and hard-copy research will be taught. You will also learn how to formulate WESTLAW search queries and effectively and efficiently use WESTLAW and other online legal research methods as time-saving devices in legal research and legal writing. This course is designed to examine more thoroughly advanced and specialized approaches to utilizing the legal sources available in the law library and online. Successful graduates of this non-credit course will be awarded a Certificate of Completion from the college or university of their choice.

How to conduct manual legal research. How to conduct electronic legal research. How to find, interpret, and use various types of legal authorities. How to sherardize legal authorities. How to write a legal analysis. How to draft a Memorandum of Law. How to briefcase opinions How to engage in various types of legal writing, participants will be expected to complete reading and homework assignments and will be assigned an advanced legal research project and legal writing assignment. Final research and writing projects will be presented for grading to the instructor or CLS by Barbri as a prerequisite of course completion.
PREREQUISITE: Students must have completed the core Paralegal Certificate Course or have one year of paralegal experience before enrolling in this course.
