At Hospice of Southern Maine, our team of experts will come around you and your loved ones to support you through what is likely one of the most difficult times for everyone, the end of life. Together in this 4-part series, (this class is bi-weekly), we will explore the support offered by hospice, learn strategies for having tough conversations with family and loved ones, explore the many faces of grief, and learn practical steps you can take to prepare for end-of-life with advanced care planning guidance and tools.
