Are you sick of being shackled to smoking? Do you find you love and hate them, and feel stuck? You know cigarettes are poison and have felt helpless to quit and you have tried? You are not weak. You have been relying on will power. Will power is weak and isn't in charge of habits. Success happens when habits are changed where they are formed, in the subconscious mind. In this class, you get to the source. With my powerful hypnotic program, you can make the change you desire to be a non-smoker comfortably. You will learn techniques to bust through cravings and deal with stress. Each participant will receive an At-Home Hypnosis MP3 for Stress and Stop Smoking. Class handout included.

with Allen Lampert

Calendar May 7, 2018 at 6 pm, runs for 1 week

Does the idea of going back to school excite you or intimidate you? Maybe both! That’s perfectly normal and completely expected. It’s not as scary as you may think. It may feel like there are too many barriers to conquer, but that’s just not true.

SCAE has small classes, great teachers and lots of support systems. Before you even set foot in a class, we have an assessment (it’s not a test!) we give you so that we can figure out together what’s the best route for you to take toward getting your high school diploma.

If you’re thinking about going back to school, register for one of these one-night sessions! We’ll talk about the CASAS assessment, high school diploma requirements, the HiSET testing, our College Transitions program, our childcare services, transportation possibilities and more.
