Learn about different new productivity tools each week, while also blending an evaluation of your own productivity needs. After completing this course you will work more efficiently and uncover more time in your day.

Knitting Basics 3/2

Ideal for beginning knitters or those who'd like to refresh their skills after a long absence. Casting on, ending a project and learning how to repair mistakes will be covered, as well as mastery of the basic knit and purl stitches, which are the foundation of all knitting. All levels of ability are welcome! Bring size 7 knitting needles, 1 Supersaver Red heart yarn (7 ounces) -a light color, 1 small pair of scissors and a tape measure. First session would be slippers or mittens.

String Art Basics 3/2

Pilates for Beginners 3/4

Pilates is the triple threat - build long, lean  muscle, increase core strength and burn calories.  We’ll use the basic pilates principles of proper breathing with shoulder and pelvic girdle stabilization. Have some pilates experience?  Join us - plenty of opportunities to “up” the workout!  Bring  a yoga & mat & water bottle.

Discover all the basics in this hands-on class, including changing depth-of-field, controlling what’s in focus in the background, stopping or blurring the action in your scene, and many other basic picture-taking techniques. Required: A camera with interchangeable lenses such as a DSLR or mirrorless camera.
