Hands Only CPR 11/10
with Lyn Dowler
Most people who experience cardiac arrest at home, work or in public die because they don't receive immediate CPR from someone on the scene. As a bystander, don't be afraid. Your actions can only help! Step 1, call 911 (better yet, get someone else to call). Step 2, start hard and fast compressions in the center of the chest to the beat of any tune that is 100 to 120 beats per minute! Get prepared to save lives!

If you like color, this class is for you. Using alcohol inks and special paper, create little works of abstract art that you can keep whole for framing, or use the pendant trays and glass cabochons provided to create wearable pendants featuring your creations. If you took the class already and want to further explore the use of alcohol inks, please feel free to join again. The materials fee ($7) can be adjusted if you don't want to do the pendants and instead want to create frameable works of art.

Why take the time to add up columns and rows when one button can do all the work for you? If you’ve tried your hand at it and realize you’re missing some skills to make the most of the program, or you need to brush up on your Excel skills for work, this three-week class is just for you. We’ll talk about populating a spreadsheet with data and then formatting that data to produce clear and concise documents that will save you time and frustration.
