Yoga with Weights

Want to build strength and endurance and attain a more healthy body? Weights are added to traditional yoga poses challenging our balance and toning muscles. Come have some fun in this strength-building class. Please wear comfy clothes, bring water, light hand weights and a yoga mat. No class on 11/22.
