Slow Flow Yoga

This is a slow-paced, flow style yoga class. Improve your breathing, balance, strength and flexibility. Modifications are given for all poses within a safe, judgment, and competitive free environment. This class can be adapted for all levels (beginners and season yogis alike). Please wear comfy clothes, bring water and a yoga mat. Open to ages 15 & older. No class 9/27.
