Pilates is the triple threat - build long, lean muscle, increase core strength and burn calories. We’ll use the basic pilates principles of proper breathing with shoulder and pelvic girdle stabilization. Have some pilates experience? Join us - plenty of opportunities to “up” the workout! Bring a yoga & mat & water bottle.
