Come join our Toddler Time, a time for caregivers and their tots aged 18 months to 4 years!  Led by a certified teacher/mom.  This group is a casual time for toddlers to socialize with other toddlers and for caregivers to socialize with other caregivers.  Our classroom is filled with developmentally appropriate toys and hands on activities.  We will meet every Friday morning from 9:00am - 1100am beginning October 7th through November 18th.  Caregivers must attend with their tot.

Materials fee of $10 is due at first class, and is paid to the instructor. Additional materials may be purchased if needed.

Do you want to learn the basics of Hand Building and Wheel Throwing? This six-session course is for you! Join Greg for instruction that can take you from the beginner level to where you want to be. There is a materials fee of $20 due to the instructor the first night of class.

During class she will explain how meicare works, what it covers, what it does not cover, detials in differences between suppliemental and advantage plans, penalties and much more! Registration covers overhead only Renata offers her expertises free of charge.

This class will begin with an overview of basic estate planning, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, etc. The class will then delve into, learning how revocable trusts can help avoid probate and protect your privacy, and how irrevocable trusts can protect your assets from nursing home or Maine Care (Medicaid) liens. Discussion will include other strategies to safeguard assets from life events such as business failure or divorce of adult children. Kathryn Bedell is a lawyer in York, Maine and has been practicing for 31 years. Her practice focuses on estate planning, asset preservation, and probate matters.

Are you interested in energy healing and want to heal others and yourself? During the Reiki Level 1 course, you will learn how to treat yourself and others naturally and professionally.

You will learn how to feel Reiki energy, and will also be taught and have practice on how to give a treatment, first to yourself, and then to other people. 

This part of the course assists the integration of the energy and gives you the tools to become a Reiki Practitioner. Upon completion of the course, you will receive the First Degree Reiki Certificate as well as ongoing support and advice.

ASL One is fun and designed for beginners and those who took ASL many years ago. Learn basic vocabulary for introduction, colors, food, family and basic directions. Not required, but an ASL dictionary is helpful. New vocabulary and assignment/activities will be handed out each class.
