This enjoyable, easy-to- learn program was created by Dr. Paul Lam, MD. Medical studies show that this program can improve balance, focus, fall prevention, and overall health and wellness. Wear loose clothing, bring a pair of flat bottom shoes. Dennis Fallo is a certified instructor for Tai Chi for Health Institute.

Intro to Hoop Dance Workshop 4/13

Have you been wanting a new hobby but just not sure what? Do you enjoy having FUN while also getting in a good workout? Do you enjoy laughing and feeling like a kid again?  If you answered yes to any of these questions, hoop dance is just for you!

In this workshop, you will learn all the basics of hooping. Learn how to hula hoop and keep it up on your waist, how to dance inside of your hoop, and even learn some off body fancy tricks to impress your friends!   We will start with a warm up, get to hooping and end the workshop with a nice cool down. Hula hoops and music provided! Please wear comfortable clothing and foot wear. Remember to bring your water bottle and come have fun with us!

Use your 6 senses more in your everyday life and discover deeper listening, awareness, trust, patience, strength, and courage. Improve your sleep and your relationships and reduce anger, anxiety & depression! Specify session when registering.

Gentle Yoga 4/29

Join Jazmin for a six week session of gentle yoga. This class is suitable for all levels including absolute beginners. Jazmin will guide the class starting with breath work and centering, followed by easing into a gentle flow of basic asanas (poses), all while connecting out breath with your body. This class is extremely gentle and you will be leaving the class relaxed and renewed! Please bring your own mat and props (if you desire props). Wear comfortable clothes in layers, bring water, your smile, and prepare to relax! Namaste!
