It explains how women's brains are wired to react to physical danger and life-threatening situations, and how this can impact their perception of reality and stress responses. The course also provides insights into how women can use their unique talents to approach stress healthily.
Toddler Time

Come join our Toddler Time, a time for caregivers and their tots aged 18 months to 4 years! Led by a certified teacher/mom. This group is a casual time for toddlers to socialize with other toddlers and for caregivers to socialize with other caregivers. Our classroom is filled with developmentally appropriate toys and hands-on activities. We will meet every Friday morning from 9:00 am - 1100 am. Caregivers must attend with their tot.

Balms, Lotions and Creams

The class focuses on how to create balms, salves, and water-based lotions. We will be utilizing botanical ingredients, natural oils, and butters. We will learn about the different techniques to craft infused oils into balms and salves. The teacher will introduce the class to water-based lotions and creams. We will discuss safety and necessary natural preservatives that have to be used with water-based formulas.
There is a materials fee of $30 to be paid on the first night of class.

Together in this 4-part series, (this class is bi-weekly), we will explore the support offered by hospice, learn strategies for having tough conversations with family and loved ones, explore the many faces of grief, and learn practical steps you can take to prepare for end-of-life with advanced care planning guidance and tools. Please join us as we help to reduce anxiety and stress at the end of life through education and planning.
