Students of all levels are invited to join these classes, including new students.  Clear instruction is given in breathing technique, warm-up and posture flow.  New students will develop body awareness, posture alignment and core strength in basic poses, while experienced students are encouraged to explore advanced variations in familiar postures.  Everyone works to his or her own ability and comfort level. Please wear comfy clothes, bring water and a yoga mat. Instructor: Susan Hampton, a registered yoga teacher (RYT) has been teaching yoga in Sanford for almost 10 years. SPECIAL NOTE:  A ½ hour workshop will be given before the first class.  Highly recommended for those new to yoga or those that have been off their mats for a while.   This workshop will start at 5:15 for the Feb. 4th class only.  It will be informal so please bring your questions.
